Returns and cancellations
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Contact support@trustcut.co.uk with your order number first, then send the items back to: Soulstack, Office One, 1 Coldbath Square, Farringdon, London, EC1R 5HL, England.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact support@trustcut.co.uk with your order number and a photo and we will put it right at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Made to order
Every piece is made to order and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Fourthwall, from the UK, the EU or the US depending on your address. Estimated delivery and shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay.
VAT and duties
Prices are shown excluding VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout and collected by Fourthwall. If your order ships from outside the UK, customs duty may be due on delivery.
Payment and merchant of record
Orders are handled by Fourthwall, our merchant of record and fulfilment partner, who process payment and order enquiries.
