Terms of service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Trustcut Label shop at label.trustcut.co.uk (the "Shop") and to orders placed through it. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Who we are

Trustcut Label is a Soulstack product. Soulstack, Office One, 1 Coldbath Square, Farringdon, London, EC1R 5HL, England. Contact: support@trustcut.co.uk. The Shop runs on Fourthwall, which acts as merchant of record, processes payment, and makes and ships every order.

Orders and made to order products

Every item is made to order after you place your order. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. Product photographs are for illustration and colours may vary slightly between screens and fabrics.

Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown excluding VAT in the currency selected. UK VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Prices in currencies other than US dollars are converted from the US dollar price at a rate set by Fourthwall at the time you view them. Payment is taken at checkout by Fourthwall. Shipping cost and estimated delivery are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

Items are shipped by Fourthwall from the UK, the EU or the US depending on your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates. If your order ships from outside the UK, customs duty or import charges may be due on delivery.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Contact support@trustcut.co.uk with your order number first, then send the items back to: Soulstack, Office One, 1 Coldbath Square, Farringdon, London, EC1R 5HL, England. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact support@trustcut.co.uk with your order number and a photo and we will put it right at no cost to you.
